Pairly
DRAFT, pending owner review. Not yet binding.
Terms of Service

The terms for using Pairly.

Last updated: 2026-10-20 (draft). These terms are between you and the Pairly operator named below.

1. Who we are

Pairly is provided by [OWNER REVIEW: legal entity name], company registration number [OWNER REVIEW: company registration number], of [OWNER REVIEW: registered and physical address]. In these terms, “Pairly”, “we” and “us” mean that company.

2. The service

Pairly is a business operating system. You work with a team of AI agents to build, run and grow a business: a website, customer records, mail, finance documents, marketing and compliance tracking. Agents act within the permissions you give them, and actions that matter wait for your approval.

Agents can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what they produce before you rely on it or publish it. Nothing in Pairly, including the compliance checker and compliance packs, is legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Accounts

  • You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Pairly is not for children.
  • If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use Pairly to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
  • send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, or otherwise breach marketing and electronic communications law;
  • publish deceptive, defamatory, hateful or unlawful content, or content that exploits children;
  • probe, overload or attack the service, bypass its limits or permissions, or access another customer’s data;
  • resell or white-label the service except under a written agreement with us.

We may suspend content or access that breaches this section, and will tell you why where we can.

5. Your content and personal data

You own the content you put into Pairly and the content Pairly produces for your business from it. You give us the licence we need to host, process and display it to run the service for you, and nothing more.

Your content routinely contains personal data about your customers, leads and staff. For that data you are the responsible party (controller) and Pairly is your operator (processor). We process it only on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Notice, and we use the third parties listed on the Subprocessors page to do so. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to put that data into Pairly and for the messages you send with it. [OWNER REVIEW: whether a separate data processing agreement is offered, and where it is published]

6. Third-party accounts you connect

When you connect your own accounts (for example Google, Meta, LinkedIn or a mail provider), Pairly acts as a conduit on your behalf. You remain bound by those providers’ terms. You can disconnect an account at any time, which stops Pairly using the stored access token.

7. Fees and payments

Paid plans, credits and usage allowances are priced as shown in the app when you buy. [OWNER REVIEW: pricing, billing cycle, refund and cancellation terms, VAT treatment]

Card payments are processed by Paystack. Pairly does not store your full card number. When your business takes payments from its own customers through Pairly, those payments are between your business and your customer, processed by the payment provider you connect.

8. Termination

  • You can stop using Pairly and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, or if the law requires. Where reasonable we will give notice first.
  • On termination you may export your data. After that we delete or anonymise it on the schedule in the Privacy Notice, except what the law requires us to keep.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive (content ownership, liability, governing law) do.

9. Warranty and liability

[OWNER REVIEW: warranty disclaimer wording, limitation and cap of liability, exclusions; must be checked against the Consumer Protection Act where it applies]

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes in the app or by email before they take effect. [OWNER REVIEW: notice period] Continuing to use Pairly after a change takes effect means you accept it.

11. Governing law and disputes

[OWNER REVIEW: governing law (expected: the laws of the Republic of South Africa) and the courts with jurisdiction]

12. Contact

Legal and privacy questions: [OWNER REVIEW: contact email address]. For data protection matters see the Privacy Notice.
